Refund policy
Bloom Couture – UK No Return & No Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Bloom Couture. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we operate a strict No Return & No Refund Policy as outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made with Bloom Couture are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed or delivered, except where required under UK consumer law.
Perishable Goods
Flowers and floral arrangements are perishable items and are subject to environmental conditions beyond our control. For this reason:
-
We do not accept returns of floral products.
-
We do not offer refunds for changes in personal preference, event cancellations, or dissatisfaction due to natural variations in flowers.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers do not have the right to cancel or return orders for perishable goods, including fresh flowers.
Substitutions
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or supply limitations. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and maintain the overall look and style of the arrangement. Substitutions do not qualify for refunds or returns.
Images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to natural variations, seasonal availability, and lighting or display differences, floral arrangements may differ in colour, size, or composition. Such variations do not constitute a defect under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for:
-
Incorrect addresses
-
Recipient unavailability
-
Delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
Orders affected by these issues are not eligible for refunds or replacements, except where required by law.
Delivery & Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to a third-party courier—whether arranged by Bloom Couture or selected by the customer—Bloom Couture shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, theft, or deterioration of goods occurring during transit, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.
Any claims, disputes, or compensation requests relating to courier delivery issues must be made directly with the courier service. While we may, at our sole discretion, provide limited assistance such as confirmation of dispatch or documentation, we are under no obligation to manage, pursue, or resolve courier claims on behalf of the customer.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for courier-related issues occurring after dispatch, except where required by law.
Quality Concerns
Bloom Couture is responsible for any damage or fault identified prior to dispatch.
If there is a concern regarding the quality or condition of an arrangement upon delivery, customers must notify us within 24 hours and provide clear photographic evidence. Any remedy offered, including a partial refund or replacement, is provided at our sole discretion following assessment.
Custom Orders & Weddings/Events
All custom and special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, including event florals, wedding arrangements, and personalised designs, except where required under UK consumer law.
For bespoke event or wedding orders:
-
Full payment is required upfront.
-
Orders are non-refundable, except where goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
